Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TreasuryFlow, operated by Pantoll Ventures LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use TreasuryFlow, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

2. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period:

  • You may subscribe via Stripe to continue using the service
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation is self-service, no phone call required
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

3. Permitted Use

TreasuryFlow is designed for business treasury management. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the privacy-preserving size categories to recover exact amounts
  • Share your account access with unauthorized parties
  • Submit automated requests exceeding reasonable rate limits
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of TreasuryFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We employ a privacy-first architecture — exact transaction amounts are stored only for authenticated delivery to your Excel ledger and are never exposed in logs, analytics, or internal tools
  • Bank connectivity is provided through Plaid's secure infrastructure
  • You may disconnect your bank and request data deletion at any time

5. Third-Party Services

TreasuryFlow integrates with third-party services including Plaid (banking) and Stripe (billing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

  • Plaid End User Services Agreement
  • Stripe Services Agreement
  • Google Gemini AI Terms — AI-powered forecasting and scenario analysis. Your data is sent to Google's API in anonymized form and is not used for model training.

6. Intellectual Property

TreasuryFlow, including its zero-knowledge architecture, magnitude bucketing system, and Excel Add-in, is the intellectual property of Pantoll Ventures LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

TreasuryFlow provides financial data visualization and forecasting tools. We are not a financial advisor, bank, or broker-dealer. Our forecasts are statistical estimates based on historical patterns and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantoll Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
